Cheryl Rookwood
Cheryl Rookwood is a native of Southern New England and currently resides in Atlanta. Her favorite roles with various theatres in Atlanta and the Southeast include: Peggy (Godspell), Danita (The Attala County Garden Club), Calpurnia (To Kill A Mockingbird), Lady in Brown (For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf), Rita (Wartime Christmas Canteen), Crystal (Little Shop of Horrors), Julia (Omnium Gatherum), Varya (The Cherry Orchard), and Sister Hubert (Nunsense). Cheryl is a graduate of Southern California College where she majored in Radio-TV Communications and minored in Theatre. She has also studied acting with various schools in Los Angeles and Atlanta. Cheryl gives credit for her gifts to her family and most of all God, for supplying the creative gifts and the very air we breathe!
