Linda Uzelac
Originally from New York, Linda has been resident Music Director for several production companies in New York and Connecticut for over 30 years. She has coordinated, accompanied, and orchestrated countless musical revues, cabarets, and major musical productions from community to off-Broadway. She has directed and performed in such professional theaters as the Fox Theater of the Stars, Horizon Theatre, Stage Door Players, Aurora, Callaway Gardens, and most recently, New York's Carnegie Hall. Linda has composed twelve complete original scores (www.stagedoormusicals.com), all of which have been produced here and abroad. She has appeared as sole accompanist to dozens of renowned opera singers from Lincoln Center, and has been a solo concert performer as well. She has prepared soloists and choral groups from the Hartford Symphony to the Broadway stages. Linda was Music Director/Conductor/Pianist for the first in the series Broadway in the Burbs, starring Jodi Benson and other Broadway stars, and composed the score for the film Valentine's Day, which premiered in New York City this year. She is thrilled to be back at Actor's Express with Freddie and this extraordinarily talented cast and crew.
