Phil Male (Scenic Designer) is thrilled to be working with Actor’s Express again. His last design here was The New Century. Some previous design work includes Mad Forest, Playboy of the West Indies, Annie, Oklahoma!, Cocktail Hour, Exact Center of the Universe and many more. Phil currently works as the Scenic Artist for the Alliance Theatre. He moved here in July ‘08 from DC where he was the Charge Artist at The Signature Theatre. He received his BA from James Madison University and his MFA in Scenic Design and Theatre Technology from Virginia Commonwealth University. He would like to thank his beautiful wife, Tara, and his loyal dog, Riley, for their support.
