Phillip Male
This is Phil's second season with Actor's Express as Production Manager/Technical Director. He received his BA in Theatre from James Madison University and his MFA in Theatrical Design and Technology from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has designed several other shows here at Actor's Express including Kiss of the Spider Woman, Grey Gardens, Suddenly, Last Summer, Albatross, and The Motherfu**er With the Hat to name a few. He has also designed several other shows at Aurora Theatre, Synchronicity, GA Shakespeare, Forum Theatre (DC), Theatre West VIrginia, and Barksdale Theatre (Richmond). Look for his next show, Les Miserables at Aurora Theatre. He would also like to thank his wife, Tara, for her enduring (if not saint-like) support, and his dog, Zander, for fuzzy tail wags.
