Monaghan III (Sound Designer)is a part-time member of the Theater faculty at the University of West Georgia, a freelance Lighting and Sound Designer, and an Associate Artist at Actor’s Express. Design credits include Lighting and/or Sound designs for; Actor’s Express, Kenny Leon’s True Colors Theatre Company, Georgia Ensemble Theatre, Theater Emory, Theater in the Square, Horizon Theater, 7Stages, The Aurora Theater, The Atlanta Lyric Theater, Connecticut Repertory Theater(CT), Playhouse on the Square/The Circuit Playhouse (TN), The Wayside Theater (VA), CAST (IA), and Screaming Madman Productions (NYC). Joe is a member of USA 829, the Union for Professional Designers, Artists and Craftspeople, as a Lighting Designer.
