David was a directing and acting intern in one of the first Express intern classes back in 1990 and has been an active member of the Atlanta theatre community ever since. He has worked with Georgia Ensemble Theatre, Aurora Theatre, Horizon Theatre, The Essential Theatre, Synchronicity Theatre, Stage Door Players, and The Shakespeare Tavern. His productions of Beautiful Thing and Jane Eyre, directed during his two-year stint as Artistic Associate at Actor’s Express, were listed in Creative Loafing, Southern Voice, and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution in “Best Plays of 2001-2002.” David left Atlanta from 2006-2009 to study directing and acting with Jon Jory at the University of Washington. He’s very happy to be back home again!
