Online Reservation Instructions
- Go to the "My Account" page by clicking here and log in using your email address and password. Here, you can also reset a forgotten password.
- Once logged in, verify that all information is correct and then proceed to the "Tickets" page (the link is in the top navigation bar).
- In "Tickets", click "Buy Tickets" under the heading "Single Tickets".
- Here, you will find a monthly selection of all AE productions. Click "August 2016" which is the month Season 29 starts.
- Under "Company", click "Booking and More Information".
- Select the date for the performance you would like to see. Then click "Book Now".
- Input the number of tickets you need for that performance. Subscribers with 1 subscription will select 1; subscribers with 2 subscriptions will select 2, etc.
- If you visit your cart, you will see that the ticket(s) have credited to your account. As a subscriber, you will not need enter any payment information for this transaction. Click "Checkout" to review your order.
- Review your order. Click "Confirm" if your information is correct.
- Your order now has an order number. Order information will also be emailed to you.
Other Important Information
- Weekday subscribers must select Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday performances. Open Run subscribers cannot select "Opening Night" performances.
- Subscribers looking to change their date after selecting them online should call the box office at 404-607-7469 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Subscription performance dates can be selected all at once or as each individual show dates arrive.
